Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel, where possible.
Most of the time your orders are dispatched in a few days. But if you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then add a little note to your order in the comments box at the checkout. For real emergencies do call or email and i will do my best to avoid disappointments.
Special orders and bespoke items of established designs take 2-4 weeks.
Complete bespoke service of new unique designs will be discussed individually.
As soon as your jewellery is ready, it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK, or by Royal Mail International Signed For service for our international customers.
UK delivery £10- Next working day delivery once your order has been finished. Your parcel should arrive before 1pm and will require a signature on arrival.
International delivery £10 – Approximately 3-7 working days, depending on destination, once your order has been finished. Occasionally it can take longer for the parcel to be cleared through customs. Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number, and instructions on how to track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.
*Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with your purchase at MelinaClark.com we are happy to offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order dispatch confirmation email in the condition it was sold. Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your original order number – only then will we be happy to issue a refund. Exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke or Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customer request. Melina Clark does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Recommend return items are sent via an insured and reliable postal service, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges are of course possible within the terms explained above. Your refund will be issued within 15 days to the payment method used in your original purchase.
Goods returned without a receipt or unwanted gifts may be exchanged but only if returned within the terms of our returns policy as outlined above. Please note no refund can be given on goods without a receipt or an unwanted gift.
If you wish to cancel an order placed at melinaclark.com please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: email@example.com
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you return the parcel for a refund.
